We are hiring Telesales Executives for SMFG Personal Loan – Digital Process. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining loan products, and assisting them in completing applications.

📝 Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and pitch SMFG personal loan products

• Explain loan eligibility, documentation and application process

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve queries professionally

• Complete product training and follow compliance guidelines

🎓 Eligibility

• HSC pass (marksheet mandatory)

• Age: 18 – 35 years

• Average English & Hindi communication required

• Freshers & experienced both can apply

• 7 days product training provided

• 3 Sundays fixed off + 1 Sunday rotational off
