The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers Rs. 10000-12000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers via phone to sell products or services.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

• Answer customer queries and resolve doubts to encourage a purchase.
  Maintain records of calls, customer details, and sales in CRM software.

• Build long-term relationships with repeat or potential customers.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.

• Upsell or cross-sell related products when possible.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and Fresher /Experience Both. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days workingduring the 8 hrs shift.
