Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
● Engage with leads via phone, email, and other channels to understand their business needs and educate them on the benefits of Fresher’s products and services.
● Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting new accounts and expanding existing customer relationships.
● Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
● Provide timely and responsive communication to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
● Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
● Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development activities.
