Job Title: E-Channel Digital Sales Executive - Insurance Department

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Channel Digital Sales Executive to join our Insurance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital sales and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sell insurance products through digital channels.

2. Meet sales targets and performance metrics.

3. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.

4. Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

1. Graduation in any discipline.

2. Excellent communication and sales skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

- 5 days working with rotational shifts (7am-11pm, any 9.5 hours)

- Saturday and Sunday off not fixed (rotational shifts)

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range: ₹1.75 LPA CTC to ₹2.5 LPA CTC

- Unlimited incentives for high performers

Additional Information:

- This is a male-only position.

- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
