Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential B2B clients to generate sales.
Promote and sell domestic and international travel products (flights, hotels, packages, etc.).
Identify and convert leads into business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
Maintain and update CRM with all client interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for smooth client servicing.
Build long-term relationships with B2B clients to encourage repeat business.
