Remind existing Magma HDI customers about policy due dates and premiums.
Achieve customer retention targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, UW) and external partners (E-Com, surveyors).
Guide customers through premium payment and policy issuance.
Generate and share quotes using GC system.
Share feedback on conversions and lost cases with management.
Ensure compliance and ethical conduct at all times.
Working Days - 6 Days
Work Timings - 10:00AM to 6.30PM
CTC Range - 2.40LPA to 3.30LPA + Incentive
