Role Overview

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into sales. You will play a key role in building relationships, understanding client requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients from provided databases or inbound inquiries.

• Present and explain our services (wedding photography, personal branding, digital content, etc.) clearly and persuasively.

• Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions/packages.

• Follow up with prospects via WhatsApp, calls, or emails to ensure conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Service (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (added advantage).

• Confidence in handling objections and converting leads.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business / CRM tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
