We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote our products/services, close sales, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Proficient in relevant computer applications (e.g., CRM software, MS Office).
High school diploma; BSc/BA is a plus.
