We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers over the phone to explain, promote, and sell personal loan products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong understanding of financial products, particularly personal loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (leads provided) to explain personal loan products, features, benefits, and application processes.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, financial eligibility, and creditworthiness against defined criteria.
Sales Conversion: Effectively persuade and guide customers through the loan application process, overcoming objections and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, fees, and terms and conditions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions are accurately documented in the CRM system and adhere to all regulatory and company compliance guidelines.
Query Resolution: Address customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review sales performance against targets and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
