Lead Generation & Prospecting
Contact potential customers from the provided database or inbound inquiries.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, eligibility, and financial capacity.
Product Presentation
Explain health insurance plans, features, benefits, and exclusions in a clear, simple, and compliant manner.
Customize plan recommendations based on customer requirements and budget.
Sales Conversion
Persuade prospects to purchase suitable health insurance policies.
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a positive and professional approach during all calls.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales and handle objections effectively.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all calls comply with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
Accurately record customer details, call outcomes, and policy information in CRM systems.
After-Sales Support
Assist customers with proposal form completion, premium payment, and policy issuance.
Coordinate with the operations team to resolve any post-sale queries or issues.
Performance & Reporting
Submit daily sales reports, call logs, and conversion data to the team leader/manager.
Participate in regular training to stay updated on product changes, regulatory updates, and sales techniques.
Quality & Professionalism
Maintain high call quality, empathy, and professionalism in tone and language.
Avoid misleading or false statements and ensure transparent communication at all times.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages preferred).
Persuasive selling and objection-handling abilities.
Good listening skills, patience, and empathy toward customer needs.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
