We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and expand into new markets. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic outreach and consultative selling.
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align on customer needs and business goals.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM.
Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent the company and build relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in B2B sales or working with agencies/startups.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SaaS, or IT services (if applicable to your company).
Hindi, English, or regional language proficiency depending on your client base.
