🎯 Role Overview

We are hiring dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executives who will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing them, and converting them into site visits and eventual bookings. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in the booming real estate industry.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective leads from the in-house CRM system or inquiry database.

Explain project details, pricing, offers, and benefits to potential customers.

Persuade and convert inquiries into qualified site visits.

Coordinate site visit scheduling with the field sales team.

Follow up consistently via phone, WhatsApp, or email until deal closure.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer statuses in CRM/FMS tools.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.

Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns with patience and professionalism.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.

✅ Requirements

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 0–2 years (Real estate/telesales experience preferred but not mandatory)

Language: Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is a plus

Skills:

Strong verbal communication and convincing power

Good listening and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Basic knowledge of Excel, mobile apps, or CRM systems
