We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting prospects into customers. Your goal will be to boost sales by reaching out to potential clients and explaining our products/services effectively.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Pitch and explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Handle customer objections and questions with professionalism.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of conversations.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Update CRM software with lead and customer information.
Collaborate with field sales or support team when necessary.
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
