Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsive and organized Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for all incoming service calls. This role is crucial in ensuring quick, effective communication between customers, service technicians, and internal departments. The Service Coordinator will manage service requests from intake to completion, helping deliver top-notch support and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend all incoming calls related to service requests, logging detailed information accurately and efficiently.
Create and assist in service jobs based on the nature of the issue, technician availability, and location.
Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules to ensure timely response to customer needs.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment times, delays, and job progress.
Maintain and update service request logs and job tracking systems in real time.
Follow up with technicians to confirm the status and gather required completion information.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
Ensure necessary tools, parts, and instructions are available for technicians ahead of each job.
Support reporting, invoicing, and service performance tracking.
