Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives to join our team. You will be responsible for calling potential students and explaining Frankfinn’s courses, guiding them through the admission process, and helping them start a career in aviation, hospitality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential students from the given database

• Explain Frankfinn's courses, career benefits, and job opportunities

• Convince students/parents to take admission

• Answer questions regarding course content, fees, and duration

• Maintain daily call records and follow-up leads

• Achieve admission and sales targets
  

Required Skills:

• Good communication in Hindi and English

• Confident and polite telephone manners

• Ability to convince and build rapport

• Basic knowledge of computers and data entry

• Self-motivated and target-oriented
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream

• Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus

• Good communication are welcome.
