We are looking for a Telesales . We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.

• Promote and sell products/services by clearly explaining the features and benefits.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.

• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into customers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
