Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell personal loan products. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, follow-ups, and achieving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loan products

Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms

Generate and convert leads into successful sales

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems

Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: PUC / Graduate

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work

Experience in telesales

Experience:

6months to 1 year Experience, Freshers can also apply.
