We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating sales opportunities, explaining products/services, and converting leads into customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Handle outbound customer calls related to insurance products and services.

Meet quality and productivity metrics while maintaining high service standards.
Adhere to all company policies and operational guidelines.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
Customer-focused attitude with strong empathy and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in a voice process is preferred.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply.
