Position: Telesales Executive - Voice process
(INSIDE SALES B2B)
Working Days - 6 Days (10 am to 7 pm Shift) Sunday fixed off
Eligibility: MBA Graduate (fresher)
any Graduate (min 6months exp into domestic B2B sales)
For Freshers we consider 2023, 2024 and 2025 batch
Languages: English + Hindi
Selection Process: Resume Screening > Basic Aptitude Test > Final Round with Business Team
Age Limit 30 Years
Responsibilities:
• Need to Onboard new Channel Partners/ Distributors.
• Need to follow the SOP while onboarding partners.
• Need to guide the partner about the partner program along with the Product.
• Responsible for Partners Business and all the processes related to the product Program.
• Need to motivate partners to do acquisition.
• Need to maintain long term Relationships with the assigned and onboarded partners.
Desired Skills and Requirements:
• Clients handling and management.
• Comfortable to work for B2B clients.
• Must have good sales and negotiation skills.
• Must have relationship making skills.
