Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Customer Service and Renewals department based in Lucknow. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in outbound customer service roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team handling customer service and renewal calls.
• Drive performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, renewal conversion, and team productivity.
• Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and mentoring to enhance team performance.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with management to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience : Minimum 2–3 years of documented experience as a Team Leader in BPO or EdTech domain handling outbound customer service.
Total Experience: Maximum 5.5 years (candidates with more experience will not be considered).
Qualification: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
Work Details:
Shift: Day shift with 2 rotational offs.
Salary: Up to ₹7.5 LPA + performance-based variables.
Mandatory Requirement:
Experience as a Team Leader in BPO or EdTech industry is must.
