Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain Vodafone Idea postpaid plans and benefits.

• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in telecalling/sales is a plus.

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

• Ability to handle rejections and negotiate effectively.

• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and follow-ups.
