Fluent communication in Marathi and Hindi (basic English is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Confident, polite, and clear speaking ability.
Basic understanding of business, startups, or marketing (training provided).
Prior telecalling or customer interaction experience is a bonus.
