• Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how Veranda Race can catalyse their career.
• Carrying weekly enrolment /revenue and collection target.
• Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of Veranda Race model of online/blended learning.
• Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone calls, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
• Manage large amounts of Inbound calls / Outbound calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
What are the deliverables / KPI’s?
• Minimum of 200+ Dials every day with 75+ Connects.
• 4 hours of talk time on an average per day.
• 5 enrolled students per day.
• Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently.
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (Any CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of required language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
The Candidate selected for the role is expected to grow into a Academic Counsellor Lead within the sales team. On generating good leads and sales to the organisation and showing leadership qualities can help the candidate reach the above mentioned role.
• Any degree
• MBA (Marketing) Preferable
• 1 year and above sales experience
• Specially in Edu-Tech company (Preferable)
