💼 Role Overview:

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers to promote, sell, renew, or collect payments for financial products like insurance, investments, trading accounts, and loans.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product/service.

• Guide customers through online processes such as account registration or policy renewals.

• Convince customers and close sales or recovery calls.

• Explain product benefits clearly and confidently.

• Maintain database and ensure follow-up on leads.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC / 12th Pass

• Experience:

• Freshers are welcome for some roles

• 6 months to 1 year experience in BPO/Telecalling/Sales/Collections preferred

• Languages: English, Hindi. Bonus for Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati speakers.

• Strong communication & persuasion skills

• Basic knowledge of stock market or insurance is a plus

• Confident and target-oriented
