Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Tele Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales calls for our Seeds and Fertilizer division. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with farmers, dealers, and distributors to promote products, generate leads, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to farmers, retailers, and distributors to promote seeds and fertilizer products.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product information.
Generate sales leads and maintain follow-up with potential customers.
Record customer interactions and update CRM or Excel database regularly.
Coordinate with the field sales team for order follow-ups and client support.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Share feedback from customers and market trends with the marketing/sales team.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidate preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or customer service (Agro / FMCG / Fertilizer / Seeds industry preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel).
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
