Position: Telesales Executive

Shift: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM (UK Shift)

Location: Lucknow

Job Type: Full-time (English-Speaking Role)

Working : 5 days week

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree

CTC- 14K CTC

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound calls from UK customers in a professional and friendly manner.

 Convert leads into successful sales and customer orders.

 Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

 Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

 Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
