We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our B2B lead generation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. You must be confident, target-oriented, and skilled at communicating with decision-makers.
Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, calling, networking, etc.).
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales or business development team.
Conduct initial sales conversations to understand client needs and present our lead-generation services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
Follow up consistently to convert warm leads into opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Maintain accurate records of activities, calls, emails, and client interactions.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine outreach strategies.
Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or telesales (experience in service-based sales preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and present solutions clearly.
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn lead generation.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good time-management and reporting skills.
Experience selling marketing, lead generation services.
Knowledge of B2B funnels, ICP building, and outreach automation tools.
Understanding of digital marketing and demand generation.
