Job Overview:

Mahamaya Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Pre-Sales team. This role involves telecalling, engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and assisting the sales team in driving real estate sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company projects.

• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, online inquiries, and databases.

• Maintain and update lead information in the system.

2. Client Engagement:

• Conduct initial telephonic discussions to understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.

• Build a positive rapport with prospects to create interest in the project.

3. Property Information Sharing:

• Provide accurate and clear information about available properties.

• Explain key features, amenities, pricing, and benefits.

• Address basic queries and arrange follow-ups.

4. Coordination & Follow-Ups:

• Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.

• Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into qualified prospects.
