Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to interested customers.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints, resolve doubts, and provide accurate information
Follow up with customers to provide new products or services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions
Document feedback: Document customer feedback for follow-up actions.
Attend team meetings: Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Responsibility: Calling, Promotion, Client communication, Lead generation.
Skills: Good communication skill, Client handling.
Qualification: Graduation (Any field).
Experienced: minimum 1year.
Proven experience as a telecaller or telesales executive is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools
Target-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure
