Job Title: Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. You will play a key role in generating leads and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate information.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations, if required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout customer interactions.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Proven experience in Telecalling, tele sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / local language – customize as needed].
Ability to handle rejections and remain confident and courteous.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Good listening skills and a problem-solving attitude.
