Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Fluency in English and Hindi

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.

• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
