We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecalling Sales Executive to join our inside sales team. As a remote sales professional, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, introducing our software solutions, and converting them into paid subscribers.
Conduct outbound calls to potential business leads and introduce our software subscription services.
Understand customer needs and explain the benefits and features of our software products.
Generate interest, schedule demos (if needed), and follow up consistently to close deals.
Maintain and update the CRM with call details, feedback, and customer information.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle objections and provide accurate product information.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for future upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in B2B or SaaS domain).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and productivity software.
Self-disciplined, motivated, and target-driven.
A laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection is a must.
