We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining internet service plans, generating leads, and assisting in customer retention. This role is ideal for individuals with good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Call prospective customers to promote our internet services (broadband, lease lines, etc.)
Explain the features and benefits of our plans clearly and effectively.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints or forward them to the concerned department.
Maintain call records and daily reporting in CRM or excel.
Follow up with interested customers regularly for closures.
Upsell or cross-sell services to existing customers.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
