Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller Executive for our car loan department who will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products, and assisting them with the car loan process. The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain car loan products.

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into loan applications.

• Maintain a database of customer calls and update status in CRM/software.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Coordinate with sales teams, dealers, and finance managers for smooth loan processing.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.

• Provide accurate information about loan eligibility, documentation, and interest rates.

• Handle customer queries and resolve them effectively.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; local language preferred).

• Good convincing and negotiation ability.

• Basic knowledge of car loans/finance industry.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
