Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele caller to join our sales and customer
relations team in the steel and engineering industry. The role involves connecting with
potential and existing clients, promoting our products and services, generating leads, and
supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products, pricing,
and services related to steel and engineering solutions.
Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer
queries promptly.
Generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on prospects.
Maintain and update customer databases/CRM with call records and feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat
business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Share market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs with management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Diploma in Business
Administration/Marketing/Engineering/related field.
Proven experience as a tele caller, telesales executive, or customer service
representative (experience in steel/engineering sector is an advantage).
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills.
Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language] as required.

Compensation
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
