This role supports the sales team by helping with lead follow-up and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and customers for loan-related queries.

• Explain basic loan information and connect interested customers to sales executives.

• Assist in follow-up calls to gather documents or complete application formalities.

• Maintain call records, lead status updates, and customer information accurately.

• Provide customers with application status updates and clarify basic doubts.

• Schedule appointments or callbacks for sales executives as required.

• Handle customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.

• Meet daily and weekly call targets as set by the team leader.

• Support in database management and updating CRM or Excel sheets.
