Designation : Phone Banking Officer( outbound prosess)

Job Role and Responsibilities:-

1. Will have to handle calls of the yes bank.

2. Solving the queries of the existing customer of yes bank.

3. Have to maintain good and healthy relation with the customers.

4. Have to pitch them about the banking products

5. This process will be a domestic voice process.

Salary: 16k to 28k gross+ Monthly Incentives + Yearly Bonus + Other Benefits (Depend on the interview)

Qualifications : Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate.

Experience : Fresher to 6 years

Age : 33 years or below that

Language Proficiency: Good communication skills (English compulsory)
