We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic female Telecaller to join our Loan DSA team. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing power, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers through the loan process – from inquiry to documentation and final disbursal. Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain loan products and services
Convince interested customers to apply for loans by clearly explaining features and benefits
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful loan applications
Coordinate with customers for document collection and guide them through the documentation process
Ensure timely submission and completion of customer documents
Liaise with internal processing teams to track the progress of applications
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and disbursals
Female candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills
Basic understanding of loan products (personal loan, home loan, etc.) is preferred
Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Self-driven and motivated to achieve targets
Familiar with basic computer and mobile applications
