Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to individuals, corporates, or potential donors to inform them about the trust’s activities and fundraising campaigns.

• Answer incoming calls from beneficiaries or stakeholders and provide accurate information about services and support.

• Maintain a positive attitude and build rapport with callers, ensuring a professional and empathetic tone.

• Record call details, feedback, and follow-up requirements in the system.

• Support the outreach and awareness team in telecommunication campaigns and events.

• Follow calling scripts where applicable and suggest improvements based on caller responses.
