Make outbound calls to potential participants and promote Star Fest events.
Convince customers to register and meet/exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate event details (date, venue, benefits, participation process) to customers.
Maintain customer data, update records, and prepare daily/weekly calling reports.
Follow up with interested participants to ensure successful registration.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an advantage.
