Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Promote and explain computer hardware products and AMC services.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into leads or sales.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling/sales is preferred.
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and IT products is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage, etc.).
