We are looking for a professional and articulate Telecaller with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to handle outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our products or services clearly, and maintaining a high standard of customer interaction and satisfaction.
The candidate should have a pleasant phone etiquette, the ability to engage in meaningful conversations, and a strong sense of responsibility toward achieving daily and monthly targets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services or offers professionally.
Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone during every customer interaction.
Understand customer needs and convert leads into successful outcomes.
Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or call tracking tools.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve call effectiveness and lead quality.
Meet daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Ensure adherence to communication scripts, policies, and quality standards.
Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance call process efficiency.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through quality service and follow-up.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency in both is mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Good listening ability and problem-solving mindset.
Professional telephone etiquette and a confident speaking voice.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
Graduate preferred.
0-1 of telecalling / customer service / inside sales experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
