Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote TATA AIG insurance products.

Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.

Address customer queries and objections professionally.

Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance are met in every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales/sales experience (Insurance preferred).

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer knowledge.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Fixed)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable.

Shift Timings: General shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
