Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential leads to introduce new vehicles, discounts, service packages, warranties, and schedule test drives or appointments.

• Inbound Call Handling: Answer customer questions about products, features, pricing, and services.

• Lead Management: Generate new leads, follow up on existing ones, and smoothly pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.

• Customer Relationship Building: Build rapport, understand customer needs, and offer suitable solutions, ensuring a positive experience.

• Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately record all call details, customer feedback, and updates in the CRM system.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.

• Upselling/Cross-selling: Suggest additional services or products like extended warranties or service packages. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication & persuasive skills.

• Ability to handle stress, rejection, and follow scripts.

• Proficiency with CRM software.

• Good understanding of MS Excel, strong data entry.

• Knowledge of auto products (a plus).
