We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Palam Vihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, following up on prospects, and converting potential customers into sales over phone, email, or digital platforms.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the company’s products/services.
Handle inbound sales inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer accurate solutions.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain and update CRM or lead management systems regularly.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with field sales and support teams when needed.
Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Minimum 2–6 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / telesales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
Target-driven with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain confident in high-pressure environments.
