Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads and promote programs.

• Handle inbound customer queries with a polite and helpful attitude.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system daily.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Follow up with interested prospects and collect feedback.

• Address participant concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate unresolved issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with CRM software.

• Prior telecalling/call center experience preferred (freshers may apply).

• Ability to work in a team, handle rejection, and stay organized.

• Empathetic approach when dealing with diverse individuals.
