Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to residential and commercial leads interested in solar rooftop systems
• Explain the benefits of solar energy and how our solutions reduce electricity bills
• Educate customers about net metering, government subsidies, and ROI
• Qualify leads based on site feasibility, budget, and energy consumption
• Fix appointments for field sales teams or technical site surveys
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, or emails
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
• Handle inbound queries generated through marketing campaigns or referrals
• Share brochures, videos, and presentations with interested leads
