We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and sales over the phone by promoting and explaining our company’s products and services to potential customers.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
Generate qualified leads and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain a database of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine call strategies and improve results.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and company policies.
Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a similar sales role preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
