Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales for our digital marketing services. You will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and achieving our revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services and explain their benefits.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Schedule and conduct online presentations or meetings with qualified prospects.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and address client concerns.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
Follow up with prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships and close deals.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements:
1 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
