Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller for the Sales to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our solar products and services, and converting leads into qualified appointments or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote solar energy solutions.
Educate customers on solar energy benefits, cost savings, and government subsidies.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Follow up with leads and provide excellent customer service to maximize conversions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Understand customer needs and offer customized solar solutions.
Report calling activity, feedback, and market trends to the team lead or manager.
Requirements:
12th Pass
Prior experience in telesales, call center, or solar/renewable energy industry is a plus.
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Marathi].
Persuasive and goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections confidently.
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
